All orders are hand inspected before being packaged and handed directly to our customers. We take pride in our quality and strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, mishaps happen occasionally, and we are here to help resolve this matter quickly and at no additional cost to you.
Since each order is unique to the Customer and has no re-sale value, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will replace the item at no charge. No Refunds or Credit will be offered.
- Defective Items may be returned within 14 days for replacement
- Items must be returned in original condition with original packaging
- PLEASE NOTE: A Return Authorization is required prior to return - this is so that we can match your return to your original order and provide credit. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for information.
If you are unable to make your reservation, you may reschedule your reservation by visiting, www.vipholidayphotos.com/change-reservation and entering your email address along with your Reservation Code. Please keep in mind, there will be a $3 fee to change your reservation Date & Time. Reservations may not be changed within 2 hours of your scheduled time. There will be no refunds for booking multiple reservations.
