All orders are hand inspected before being packaged and handed directly to our customers. We take pride in our quality and strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, mishaps happen occasionally, and we are here to help resolve this matter quickly and at no additional cost to you.

Returns Policy

Since each order is unique to the Customer and has no re-sale value, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will replace the item at no charge. No Refunds or Credit will be offered.

  • Defective Items may be returned within 14 days for replacement
  • Items must be returned in original condition with original packaging
  • PLEASE NOTE: A Return Authorization is required prior to return - this is so that we can match your return to your original order and provide credit. Please contact helpdesk@viprec.com for information.

Order Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Due to the unique nature of each order, cancellations are not allowed and all sales are final. If you need to reschedule, visit www.vipholidayphotos.com/change-reservation , enter your email and Reservation Code. A $3 fee applies for date and time changes. Changes are not possible within 2 hours of the scheduled time. Booking multiple reservations does not entitle you to a refund. If an error on our part is confirmed, we will replace the item at no extra cost. No refunds or credits are offered except in this scenario.
