All items purchased from VIP are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

While we make every effort to provide all items included in our packages, product availability is subject to change. In the event that a frame included in the Platinum Package or Ultimate Joy Package is unavailable at a Santa set due to inventory constraints, we reserve the right to offer a substitution of equal value, such as an alternative frame or additional photo prints. This substitution ensures that customers receive a comparable product as part of their purchase.

VIP and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, VIP does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by VIP itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
